We sometimes see replies to Gateway or Suggest that a client can not see the images in your emails.  They then ask you to resend the email with the properties and there currently is no easy way for you to fulfill this request.


The problem your client is experiencing is typically outside of our control and has to do with the email program/settings that the client is using.


The best thing you could likely tell your client is to click on the first link in the email that reads, "Trouble viewing this email? View in browser"

You could also copy and paste the link into a new email and send it to your clients.
