For security purposes, we cannot view or retrieve your current email password.  If you have forgotten your email password, please submit a support ticket and we will reset your password. After logging in with the new password, you will be prompted to set a new, secure password of your choosing.


Please note that you will need to update your phone and/or any desktop email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird with this new password.


How to reset your password on your own:

Once you know your password, the Easystreet and Highgarden email accounts allow you to add password recovery options via an alternate (personal) email address and/or your mobile phone.  Use this link to set these options, but be sure you're logged in with your company email address and not a personal gmail account:
